Job Description: Business Development Manager (Staff Augmentation - Staffing Business) 

 

BrightPPL_Staffing Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead the acquisition of clients for our staff. 

 

We are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience in acquiring staffing or staff leasing business within the IT or NON-IT sector. 

 

Please note that candidates experienced in recruitment and business development will be considered for this role. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

·    Proactively make cold calls and arrange client meetings to drive effective business development initiatives. 

·    Harness lead generation from various sources, leveraging social and professional networking platforms to generate prospective leads. 

·    Assume responsibility for creating and delivering impactful presentations, including company presentations, to support our sales and marketing processes. 

·    Play a pivotal role in end-to-end staffing business development activities, ensuring seamless execution. 

·    Exhibit expertise in generating a robust pipeline for staffing positions. 

 

Personal Characteristics & Soft Skills: 

 

·    Capability to comprehend sophisticated concepts easily and identify key levers of change, effectively allocating resources and staff time. 

·    Be a modest listener, valuing and considering the input of team members. 

 

Experience: 3 to 5 years 

 

Must have: 

 

·    A track record of achieving challenging business targets. 

·    A bold self-image, empowering the envisioning and implementation of large- scale, systemic innovation. 

 

 

Preferably Candidate: 

 

·    Familiarity with the Indian marketplace sales cycle of software services. 

·    Ability to generate a strong pipeline for business development. 

·    MBA in Marketing and Sales. 

·    Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

 

·    Prior experience in Business Development for staffing services. 

·    A strong national and international network for business development.
