Job Overview
Brick & Bolt is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and optimizing our customer acquisition and retention efforts. - p&l (Mandatory skill): Strong understanding of profit and loss management to ensure the financial health of the sales department.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively and enhance business partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Proficiency in market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and develop competitive sales strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas fluently and persuasively.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and devise innovative solutions for the sales team.
