Job Overview
Brick & Bolt is seeking a mid-level Purchase Executive specializing in building materials to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to our construction projects in both Pune and Bangalore. This full-time position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience who excels in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain coordination to uphold our standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best pricing and terms with suppliers, aligning with company policies and objectives.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics coordination.
- Expertise in vendor management, including the ability to evaluate and maintain productive relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, with an ability to forecast demand and manage order cycles effectively.
- Competent in inventory management with a track record of optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering clear interaction with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct market research and keep abreast of industry trends to inform purchasing strategies.
