Job Overview

Brick & Bolt is seeking a Lead outside Sales to join our dynamic team. This junior-level position requires candidates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading sales efforts in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their career in sales within the construction industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Up to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Strong team leadership skills with experience in guiding and motivating a sales team
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Strong networking abilities to establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer and sales-related issues

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calls
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with company goals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of Brick & Bolt
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities
