Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will aid in expanding our client base, enriching customer relationships, and closing deals. As part of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Brick & Bolt remains a preferred choice for construction solutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a tech-oriented company, ensuring a solid foundation in customer engagement and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively understand customer needs and articulate our services, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in customer service, enabling you to provide top-tier interactions and foster long-term relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software for efficient management of customer data and streamlining sales processes.
  • Negotiation (Mandatory skill) to skillfully manage pricing discussions and drive favorable outcomes for both customers and the company.
  • Strong product knowledge (Mandatory skill) to confidently address customer inquiries and offer detailed explanations of our offerings.
  • Lead generation (Mandatory skill) expertise to identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Ability to close deals by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Brick & Bolt's service offerings to effectively sell the benefits to prospective clients.
  • Identify potential clients through lead generation tactics and convert them into active customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster trust and long-term relationships with clientele.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to maintain an organized sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Engage in negotiation processes with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about developments in the construction sector.
