Role & Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Associate acts as the first interface of Brick&Bolt. Customer Analysis and move leads (service request) forward in the conversion pipeline. Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
- Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.
- Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.
- Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.
- Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Energetic and passionate to do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals.
- Fluent, and good communication skills.
- Quick thinking and should be target-oriented.
- Must know to communicate in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi.
- Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore.
- Experience and enthusiasts for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
