Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Brick & Bolt in Bengaluru. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting our mission to make construction accessible and transparent.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies with a strong ability to engage prospects and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • In-depth product knowledge to answer inquiries and educate potential clients about our services.
  • Experience with lead generation methods to identify and qualify potential customers efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and tracking sales activities effectively.
  • Track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries, providing prospective customers with detailed information about our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Perform diligent follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrate our offerings to potential clients, emphasizing key features and benefits.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide relevant feedback and insights to the team.
  • Contribute to team goals by actively participating in sales meetings, sharing knowledge, and proposing improvement measures.
