Job Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role will be based in one of our offices located in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within a construction or tech-enabled environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability in lead generation, identifying prospects and converting them into successful sales. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Proficient in negotiation to effectively close deals and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Solid product knowledge to provide detailed and accurate information to clients about the company's offerings.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Ability to close deals effectively and meet sales targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales for residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for business growth and market penetration.
  • Provide detailed product information and answer any customer queries regarding the construction process, pricing, and timelines.
  • Ensure that all client documentation and records are accurately maintained and updated.
