Position Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide expert advice on the real estate market, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.

Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with expert advice and support.

Conduct property showings and open houses.

Negotiate deals and draft contracts to close sales successfully.

Stay informed about market trends, property values, and best practices in real estate.

Qualifications:

Fresher or Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.

Mandatory-Bike required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
