Job description :

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is extremely fluent in verbal communication and has strong phone presence for pre sales process.


Responsibilities :

  • Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted telephone
  • Generate & maintain a strong pipeline to ensure that the sales team has adequate number of clients.
  • Arrange in-person meeting and site visits of clients with sales team
  • Communicate with clients with emphatic, clear and effective communication through various stages
  • Creating daily & weekly reports and submission to the superiors
  • Interact with clients to know their property requirements, suggest suitable properties, follow up for Site Visits, Guide clients for Site visit purpose, know their whereabouts, co-ordinate with Sales Team & Team Manager for executing Site Visits.


Requirement :

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fast learner with a positive mindset.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day
  • Ability to ask the right question
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi is a must.
  • Fair knowledge of the Real Estate domain would be good to have.
