Job Role 

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects
  •  Researching prospects and generating leads.
  •  Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handle inbound Inquiries for gifting, rewards, and incentive projects:
  • Handling customer Inquiries by phone or mail. 
  • Arranging appointments by phone
  •  Attend Client Meetings
  • Inbound Calls | Outbound Calls | Chats | Queries
  • Order Management: Coordinating with internal teams for processing of orders, updating status to clients, customers for any order-related issues. Billing, Invoicing and Payment Follow Up
  •  Preparing Quotation / Product presentations 
  •  Proper Maintenance of Customer records
  • Handling Companies participation in exhibitions etc
  •  Reporting: Daily and Weekly Reports  


Job requirement :

  •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of ppt, Excel Must Preferable : Gifting, Rewards, and Incentive company experience in B2B sales required
  • Residing in western suburbs
  • PF + Insurance would be provided.
