Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Intern for a remote internship position based in Bhopal. As a junior-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within the education industry. The intern will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.
We are providing 3 months unpaid internship.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and facilitating new employee introductions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee inquiries and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and promote company culture through various activities.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support HR planning and strategy development.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
