Profile: UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ask smart questions to understand the concepts.
• Work with stakeholders to understand project needs and client requirements.
• Research and brainstorm solutions.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Test designs with users, other team members, and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve based on their input.

Qualifications:

• Seven or more years of experience as  UX design.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure RP is a must.
• A basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills is a plus.
• Ability to work with the team to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet needs and vision.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently

Profile: UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Convert wireframes and prototypes into perfect UI designs with a design system.
• Experience with prototyping user interfaces with Figma and Axure RP
• Optimize designs for compatibility with the design system.
• Conduct UI testing to ensure design quality and usability.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns
• Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design

Qualifications:

• Seven or more years of experience as UI design.
• Expertise in standard design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure RP is essential.
• Extensive experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
