Job Overview

Brainhunter Recruiting Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Automation QA for a hybrid position based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring the quality of Salesforce implementations and automating quality assurance processes using advanced testing methodologies. With a focus on Salesforce Testing, this position will engage in both manual and automated testing to enhance product stability and performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Selenium (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to automate web browser interaction using Selenium for quality assessments.
• Salesforce Testing (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in validating Salesforce systems and features, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• QA Automation (Mandatory skill): Advanced knowledge in implementing automated testing frameworks to streamline quality assurance processes.
• Apex: Proficient understanding of Apex development and its application in customizing Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience in CI/CD practices and toolsets to integrate and deploy software changes efficiently.
• Webdriver: Hands-on experience using WebDriver for scripting and executing browser-based test scenarios.
• Java: Strong command over Java programming language for creating effective test automation scripts and solutions.
• Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve testing issues swiftly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure the Salesforce system adheres to business requirements and performance expectations.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to streamline the QA processes.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and contribute to continuous test and coverage improvements.
• Identify, analyze, and report issues to the development team, facilitating smooth defect resolution and quality assurance.
• Integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure timely and efficient deployment of software updates.
• Utilize WebDriver to automate web-based testing scenarios, enhancing the efficacy and coverage of automated tests.
• Participate in code reviews and design meetings, providing input on testability and quality assurance perspectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in QA automation to continuously improve and innovate testing strategies.
