Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HCM, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll).
• Provide expert advice on SAP HCM best practices and solutions.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP HCM certification.
• Experience with global SAP HCM implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA.
