Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. This full-time position is based in Mumbai, Pune Division, Bangalore, or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of work experience in SAP HCM and exhibit strong skills in payroll and time management. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing HR processes using innovative SAP solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM consulting with a strong focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM Configuration is mandatory as it directly influences successful project implementation.
• Extensive experience in Payroll Management is a mandatory skill, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll process execution.
• Time Management is mandatory, with the ability to design and support complex scheduling systems for diverse workforce needs.
• SuccessFactors knowledge is essential to leverage cloud-based HR solutions for improving human capital management.
• SAP Fiori skills are required for enhancing the user experience with modern and intuitive interfaces.
• Familiarity with SAP ABAP for HCM is required to customize and extend standard HCM functionalities effectively.
• Experience with HANA Cloud Integration is necessary for seamless connectivity and process automation across the HR landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP HCM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
• Perform SAP HCM Configuration, focusing on payroll and time management modules for optimal workflow efficiency.
• Consult on SuccessFactors deployment to enhance overall HR strategy and execution for clients.
• Utilize SAP Fiori applications to deliver an engaging and easy-to-navigate user interface for HR processes.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to tailor solutions in SAP HCM that address unique organizational requirements.
• Integrate SAP HCM systems with HANA Cloud, ensuring robust data management and process efficiency.
• Advise on HR process optimization strategies to improve workforce management and reduce operational costs.
• Provide continuous support and training to end-users, helping them adapt to new systems and processes.
