Job Objective

Leverage your data science skills and experience with stakeholder management to identify, promote, and support the development of digital product functions and features from concept to delivery.

Key Accountabilities

Day-to-Day Operations

• Perform exploratory data analysis to understand business problems and discover growth and optimization opportunities.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges and act as a technical advisor to business teams.
• Advocate for analytic features and functions possible with current data assets and identify what is needed to advance data use in digital products.
• Investigate new technologies and algorithms to follow industry best practices.
• Drive data science and analytics development activities.
• Plan and ensure timely delivery of ML and DL modules.
• Contribute to the team’s research activities.
• Mentor less experienced Data Scientists and act as an influential SME.

AI/ML

• Build pipelines.
• Develop and integrate algorithms/packages into the platform.
• Add new ML models to the SAAL platform marketplace.
• Develop customer-centric AI/GenAI solutions.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using Dataiku.
• Own the full development cycle from concept through research, design, implementation, and deployment to production.

• Large Language Models (LLMs): Experience in offline deployment for Q&A on structured data
• Deployment: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Mlflow, Dataiku

Communication

• Utilize state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and methods to deliver technical presentations to peers, leadership team, sales executives, clients, and prospects.
• Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to bring synergies to solution architecture, implementation plans, optimized delivery models, and costing.

Continuous Improvement

• Motivate the team and identify opportunities to participate in change initiatives, programs, and projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications in any technology streams are preferred

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar field

Job-Specific Skills:

• Hands-on programming skills with Python or R
• Expert knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Experience with on-prem LLMs for structured data
• Experience in applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning (Forecasting, NLP)
• Specialization in applied NLP and experience working with LLMs is a plus
• Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Torch, H2O
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in handling large databases
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Excel or Tableau
• Excellent communication skills
