Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PS professional to join our team as a Mid-Level Specialist. This full-time role is based in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata, targeting professional recruits with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong mandatory skills in Project Systems Configuration, FI/CO Integration, and SAP PS.

Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive expertise in Project Systems Configuration, ensuring seamless project integration across SAP modules (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with FI/CO Integration to manage financial data efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP PS, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability in user training, helping end-users effectively utilize SAP PS functionalities.
• Proficient in business process mapping to enhance and streamline operational workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve SAP PS issues quickly and efficiently.
• Adept at integration testing, ensuring flawless operation of various SAP systems post-configuration.
• Experience in dashboard building to provide management with real-time insights and performance analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP PS enhancements.
• Configure and customize SAP PS modules to meet the company’s specific project management needs.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and FI/CO modules to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
• Provide comprehensive user training sessions to maximize the utility of SAP PS in day-to-day operations.
• Perform rigorous business process mapping to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.
• Carry out extensive troubleshooting and problem resolution for any SAP PS-related issues.
• Conduct integration testing post-configuration changes to validate system compliance with business requirements.
• Develop and manage dashboards for monitoring project performance, status, and key performance indicators.
