Job Overview

We are seeking a Python Backend Developer for a mid-level position in locations including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Jaipur, and Chandigarh. The role involves developing robust backend solutions with a focus on Python programming. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work across varied, dynamic projects in high-growth industries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Python with experience in building applications using microservices architecture (Mandatory skill).
• Strong expertise in Flask framework to create scalable web services (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with various services.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as CSS, for effective collaboration with front-end teams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency in working with SQL and database design principles to manage data effectively.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to handle large scale data storage with flexibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality back-end solutions using Python with a focus on microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to design and implement intuitive and scalable APIs using Flask.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Identify and address technical issues and bugs as part of the troubleshooting process.
• Manage and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Engage with team members and stakeholders to discuss ideas and provide technical solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring optimal code quality and integrity.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance technical skills and knowledge.
