Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in either our Mumbai or Pune office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role focuses on recruiting top talent in the IT sector and requires working from our office location to ensure a collaborative and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter tools for identifying and engaging potential candidates.
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates, with a focus on quality and placement success (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with interview scheduling software to coordinate seamlessly between candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and trends to effectively recruit in the tech domain (Mandatory skill).
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Must have expertise in Coordinating recruitment activities and closing out candidate follow-up tasks.
- Proven track record of working as a recruiter, especially in sourcing screening top tier talent (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of channels to source candidates and maintain a robust talent pipeline for present and future needs.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to shortlist candidates in line with client expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers effectively using available software.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract the best fit.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices in the IT sector to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interviews, decisions, and candidate discussions for reference and process improvement.
- Assist in enhancing our recruitment platform and network to broaden our reach in attracting superior talent.
