Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This full-time position involves sourcing and recruiting top-notch IT talent to meet our clients' diverse needs. The ideal candidate will harness their skills in recruitment technology and methodologies to efficiently manage and fulfill our company's hiring requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting for IT roles with a focus on high-demand technologies.
- Must have proficiency in Boolean Search Techniques (Mandatory skill), essential for candidate sourcing efficiency.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage with and attract top talent (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Interview Scheduling Software, to coordinate candidate interviews seamlessly (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated skill in Tech Stack Sourcing, with the ability to identify and evaluate IT expertise.
- Expertise in Market Mapping to understand and anticipate industry hiring trends.
- Experience in using Diversity Hiring Tools to promote a balanced and inclusive workplace.
- Proven ability in Candidate Relationship Management, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify, engage, and attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Ensure adherence to hiring protocols and employment laws in all recruitment activities.
