Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development to join our team in the HR domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of HR services and solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the HR domain.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the HR and service delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's HR solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and client feedback.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the HR domain.
Strong understanding of HR services, solutions, and industry trends.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Experience in a B2B sales environment.
Knowledge of HR technology and software solutions.
