Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team. The candidate will manage incoming calls, handle leads, and effectively communicate our services to new and existing customers. Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Incoming Calls: Promptly and professionally manage customer inquiries via phone.

• Lead Management: Qualify, follow up, and manage leads through multiple channels, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

• Client Communication: Present our IVR, digital marketing, and real estate services to both prospective and existing clients, answering queries and providing solutions.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.

• Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any service-related issues.

• Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on calls, leads, and conversion rates, offering insights for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or operations, ideally in the digital marketing industry.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
• Experience with CRM tools and software.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, IVR systems, or real estate is a plus.
