- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively and align their strengths with company needs.
- Ability to build a robust talent pipeline that plans for future hiring needs and support company growth.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and attractiveness to top talent.
- Negotiation skills to ensure competitive and mutually beneficial employment packages.
- Expertise in guiding and managing the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly and effectively.
