The Real Estate Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with buyers, sellers, investors, and other real estate professionals to achieve sales targets while providing expert advice on market trends and property values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Understand clients’ needs and preferences, offering tailored property solutions and advice.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to transaction.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Present and negotiate property deals, ensuring that the client’s needs are met while adhering to company policies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  1. Market Analysis and Advisory:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and developments in the real estate industry.
  • Advise clients on current market conditions and the best strategies for buying, selling, or leasing properties.
  • Provide guidance on pricing strategies, investments, and property financing options.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Offer after-sales support and maintain relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing procedures.
  1. Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing, legal, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers and colleagues to strategize and achieve sales goals.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and property transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Real Estate Certification/Licensing as required by local regulations.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
