Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Relationship Manager to join our team at Brad Realty in Bangalore Rural. This full-time, junior-level position requires a work experience of 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and understanding of customer needs. As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing strong business relationships with our valued clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with customer relationship management software to efficiently organize and track client interactions.
- Skilled in using Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Strong account management skills to maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Proficient negotiation skills to enable favorable agreements and resolve potential conflicts or misunderstandings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to perform financial analysis to inform decision-making processes and enhance customer relationships.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on fostering positive client experiences and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking client data and creating reports to support strategic initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their individual needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to clients’ business needs and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and work to expand relationships through upselling.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic discussions to reinforce the value of our services to clients.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales progress, and forecasts for management and stakeholders.
- Research and implement process improvements to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to make data-driven recommendations for service improvement.
