  1. Maintain systems to capture regular market information and changing residential customer preferences.
  2. Handle residential clients enquiries via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents, walk-in.
  3. Develop a rapport with clients and arrange for / personally take the client on site visits Regularly interact with clients and respond to all client queries and complaints.
  4. Escalate issues to the Manager Sales (Residential), if required Prepare MIS for residential sales on a timely basis; periodically submit the same to the Manager Sales (Residential)
  5. Periodical visit to the market to assess competitive products.
  6. To develop a network of channel partners.
  7. To carry out sales activities at corporate/apartment associations and participate in expos.
