Job Overview
Brad Realty is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bangalore Rural. This is a full-time senior position, requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions including talent management, performance reviews, and employee relations, and will drive strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management (Mandatory skill) with the ability to independently manage HR processes related to these domains.
- Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition (Mandatory skill), with hands-on experience in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
- Solid understanding of performance management (Mandatory skill) processes, including performance reviews and professional development planning.
- Training and development experience, with the ability to implement effective training programs that foster talent growth and skill enhancement.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure the company adheres to applicable laws and guidelines.
- Conflict resolution skills to effectively address and mediate workplace disputes while maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Strategic planning abilities that contribute to the development of HR policies aligned with the company's goals and long-term vision.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to convey information clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of employee life cycle including recruitment, induction, performance assessments, and exits.
- Facilitate a positive working environment by implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Lead training and development initiatives to support the continuous improvement of staff capabilities and performance levels.
