Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote products/services.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  1. SEO and SEM:
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
  1. Content Marketing:
  • Create and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging posts and managing the content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding in a timely manner.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain email lists, ensuring the health of the database and high-quality leads.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and suggest improvements.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, design, product) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design and implement eye-catching digital assets.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing spending on campaigns to maximize ROI.
  1. Stay Up-to-Date:
  • Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and new tools/platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, content creation, social media, and email marketing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
