BDM Job Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1. Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients, investors, and partners.

Prospect and build relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

3. Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients and investors for real estate projects.

Develop and execute client acquisition plans to secure new business opportunities.

4. Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, investors, and industry influencers.

Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.

5. Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business development goals.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

6. Collaborative Selling:

Work closely with real estate agents and brokers to facilitate collaborative selling efforts.

Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

7. Networking:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts and business opportunities.

Represent the company positively to potential clients and partners.

8. Proposal and Presentation Development:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and investors.

Customize proposals based on client needs and market conditions.

9. Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations for real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts.

10. Market Expansion:

- Identify new markets and regions for potential business expansion.

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

11. Revenue Generation:

- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective business development initiatives.

- Continuously explore new revenue streams and opportunities within the real estate sector.

12. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, key performance indicators, and market trends.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.

13. Client Retention:

- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and foster long-term client relationships.

- Address client concerns promptly and effectively.

14. Training and Development:

- Provide training to sales and business development teams on effective strategies and best practices.

- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about market trends and the competitive landscape.

15. Partnership Development:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with other businesses, real estate developers, and industry stakeholders.

- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to mutual benefit.

16. Customer Feedback Analysis:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels.

- Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.

17. CRM Utilization:

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage and track business development activities.

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
