Qly: BE / B.Tech (Mining/ Mechanical/ Chemical.)

Experience : 16 - 23 years of in an Explosives / Chemical process-based Manufacturing Industry Marketing.

Skills, Competencies :

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the domestic and export markets for explosives, product application, Project Management, Supply Chain Management
• Adequate knowledge regarding rules applicable to the explosives industry
• Formulates direction and strategy for Domestic Sales and Exports
• Achieves business turnover targets set by the management
• Formulates action plans to increase the market share
• Guides the business teams to develop new products
• Facilitates logistics for the execution of Domestic and Exports orders
• Monitors procurement of Ammonium Nitrate from domestic and import sources
• Prepares budget for the department and reviews its implementation
• Prepares and submits MIS to the management
• Prepares variance reports related to the monthly budget
• Provides inputs to the management for timely and appropriate decision making
•  Ensures adherence to internal functional controls and IMS norms
• Plans and implements introduction of new products into the market in consultation with Application Services Group
• Guides the business teams to develop new products in consultation with R&D (Accessories & Electronics)
• Plans and organises establishment of field trials
• Acts as a member of the Strategic Management Team to put forth and obtain approval from the Board for new business proposals and Capex requirements
