Team Leader - Recruitment Team Operations (Engineering , Automobile,chemicals) WFO - Bhayandar

• Managing Day to day operations of assigned Key Accounts.
• Planning Workflow of Recruiter.
• Managing demand and supply ratio of Mandate.
• Managing team, assigning mandates as per priority of clients.
• Training team as and when required.
• Follow Up with clients for Feedback and New Requirement.
• Reviving clients time to time basis.
• Maintain the Daily/Weekly/Monthly recruitment reports.

Required Candidate profile:-

• Should have strong knowledge of Industry Domain Engineering , Automobile,chemicals.
• Target oriented.
• Should be well versed with the recruitment process.
• Should have Hands-on Experience in managing teams.
• Excellent communication Skills.
