Job Purpose: 

 ·   Acquiring new customers and maintain the accounts of existing customers at the branch level so that Business objectives are achieved

  Building Portfolio (to achieve Disbursement and POS budget) as per business mandate/ policies 

 Regular Follow up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process

Required Skills:

2-4 years of experience in banking / microfinance industry, having good knowledge in the rural / livelihood industry.
