Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Boxxcut in New Delhi. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will bring creativity and technical skills to enhance our product presentation and marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create compelling visuals (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in layout design for printed materials, ensuring aesthetic and functional appeal (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in photo editing to enhance images for use in marketing and packaging designs (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of typography to effectively communicate brand message and improve readability.
• Deep knowledge of color theory to choose and apply color schemes that enhance visual communication.
• Visual communication skills to convey messages clearly through design and artwork.
• Ability to create illustrations that fit within the client's brand aesthetic and design guidelines.
• Experience with print design, understanding the nuances and specifications required for high-quality production.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative graphic solutions for various packaging formats, including cartons and labels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure cohesive branding and design consistency.
• Develop and present design concepts, mocks, and drafts to stakeholders for review and feedback.
• Use photo editing software to enhance and manipulate images for use in product packaging.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and aesthetic guidelines.
• Stay updated on design trends and continuously seek to improve design skills and knowledge.
• Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations for design improvements and innovations.
