Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Boxxcut. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for various packaging products, including folding carton boxes, mailer boxes, labels, and stickers. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and is perfect for junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the packaging industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of digital media and the ability to design for various platforms
• Experience in market analysis and staying updated with design trends
• Understanding of packaging design principles and practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of printing processes and techniques
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and innovative designs for packaging products, including folding carton boxes, mailer boxes, labels, and stickers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for various print and digital media
• Conduct market analysis and research to stay updated with the latest packaging design trends and techniques
• Design logos, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance brand identity
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and high-quality printing of designs
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design across all platforms
• Manage and organize design files and assets for easy access and retrieval
