Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to join our team at Boxxcut. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with customers. This is a full-time position located in Delhi, Delhi, India, and the ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customersP
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the Printing and Packaging industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Provide sales support by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives
