Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level UX/UI Developer to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user experiences and interfaces that align with our clients' objectives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and analytical skills, and must be adept at both user experience design and user interface design.

Qualifications and Skills

• User Experience Design (Mandatory skill)
• User Interface Design (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping to articulate design ideas and test their validity with end-users
• Experience in usability testing, ensuring designs meet end-user requirements and provide optimal user experience
• Strong interaction design skills to develop compelling and efficient interactions in the user experience
• Visual design skills, with a solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and creating pixel-perfect designs
• Expertise in responsive design to ensure interfaces are optimized for a variety of screen sizes and devices
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and other industry-standard tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to ensure the creation of user-centric solutions
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
