We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter(Female Candidate) to join our team (Immediate Joiners preferred - local bangalore candaidates will given 1st preference )

Work type : Wrok from office ( Bangalore , JP Nagar 3rd phase)

Office Timings: EST (US Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions for US region
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Excellent vendor contacts to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media and referrals to identify potential candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 9 to 13 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with Corp-to-Corp requirements
• Thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2,1099 & C2C
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
