Experience: 4 to 8 years
Timings : EST (6PM to 3 AM)
Location: Bangalore south (JP Nagar 3rd phase)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled US Bench Sales Recruiter with 4 to 8 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on offshore marketing of bench resources. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully marketing bench consultants to clients primarily in offshore markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Marketing: Strategically market bench resources (H1B, GC, EAD, US citizens) with a focus on offshore markets, ensuring maximum placement opportunities.
- Offshore Coordination: Lead the coordination with offshore teams to effectively market bench consultants, understanding their skills and aligning them with market needs.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and prime vendors, particularly in offshore markets, to ensure successful placements.
- Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly analyse client requirements and identify suitable bench consultants to meet these needs.
- Negotiation: Effectively negotiate rates with vendors and clients, ensuring optimal margins while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Compliance Management: Manage all documentation related to H1B transfers, extensions, and Green Card processing, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of bench consultants, focusing on high-demand technologies in offshore markets.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, especially in offshore IT staffing, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize placement success.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in bench sales recruitment with a strong emphasis on offshore marketing of bench resources.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of various IT technologies, including Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, and others, and how they align with market demands.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and consultants, particularly in offshore settings.
- Negotiation: Advanced negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms for the company and ensure successful placements.
- Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients, vendors, and consultants in the offshore market.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa regulations, particularly H1B, OPT, EAD, and Green Card processes, relevant to offshore staffing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience with US-based IT staffing firms, focusing on offshore placements.
- Demonstrated success in placing consultants in offshore markets.
