Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our HR services.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through strategic questioning and listening.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through persistent follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments or virtual meetings for further discussion with senior sales representatives.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update and prioritize client lists based on potential value and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve client engagement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report on progress during team meetings.
