Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team. This full-time, junior position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in operations. The role is based in multiple locations, including Bangalore Rural, Belagavi, Tumakuru, Udupi, Mangaluru, Davanagere, and Shimoga. Qualifications and Skills

  • BFSI Industry experience to understand the intricacies of banking, financial services, and insurance operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent email etiquette to professionally communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise correspondence (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical approach to overcome operational challenges efficiently.
  • Customer service orientation, adept at understanding and catering to the needs of clients and partners.
  • Experience in operation roles, showcasing a proven track record of supporting business processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
