Qualifications and Skills

• LLB degree from a recognized institution
• More than 10 years of experience in legal management
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Excellent drafting and scrutiny skills
• Ability to handle civil and building-related legal matters
• Experience in managing legal disputes and representing the company in court
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Male/Female candidates are eligible for this role

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all legal and regulatory compliance matters of the organization
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise top management on legal issues and provide recommendations
• Handle legal disputes and represent the company in court if necessary
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation
• Collaborate with external legal counsels when needed
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
• Train and educate employees on legal matters
