1. Should have Good Communication in English & Kannada

2. Maintain upkeep of Sales office by managing housekeeping staff

3. Keep record and maintain assets, furniture, housekeeping materials, marketing collaterals in marketing office

4. Attend site visits and collect preliminary details on enquiry form and deliver the forms to head office on monthly basis

5. Sending daily reports

6. Product presentation to clients in absence of sales staff

7. Coordinate BTL activities, Branding, and any other marketing exercises
