Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level BD Land Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is located in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition, real estate development, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute significantly to our development projects.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Land acquisition (Mandatory skill) - Proven experience in identifying, negotiating, and acquiring land for development projects.
  • Real estate development (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated success in managing and completing real estate development projects from inception to completion.
  • Project management (Mandatory skill) - Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Market analysis - Expertise in analyzing market trends and real estate data to inform development strategies.
  • Negotiation - Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals and agreements.
  • Zoning regulations - In-depth knowledge of zoning laws and regulations relevant to land development.
  • Financial analysis - Ability to perform financial analysis to assess the viability and profitability of development projects.
  • Legal compliance - Understanding of legal requirements and compliance issues related to land development.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities for development.
  • Negotiate land acquisitions, including price and terms, to secure favorable deals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support land acquisition and development decisions.
  • Oversee the entire real estate development process from site selection to project completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure all projects comply with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Regularly report on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
