Full time B.Arch engineering graduation

 4 to 6 years experience

 Those from core DSC experience in high rise, residential, commercial complex, Villas

with landscaping expertise preferred

 Exceptionally creative in design & architecture

 Hands on in technical drawing, electrical, plumbing & ducting

 Familiar with GOK, BBMP, BDA and other laws and guidelines in drawings

 Experience with architects or builders preferred

 Technically hands on in using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit & Lumion

 Excellent spoken & written English communication

 Good leadership abilities to drive initiatives & work with engineering, planning and

site teams

 Manage MIS tracker
