Skills required: 

- Should have knowledge on installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication tower infrastructure

- Should have interest in climbing telecommunications towers using safety equipment and adhering to strict safety regulations

- Following all safety regulations and protocols

- Reporting any safety hazards or concerns to supervisor

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Knowledge of safe tower climbing practices and procedures

- Knowledge of various tower components and tools

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Physical ability to climb telecommunications towers and work at heights

- Should have two wheeler & Driving License
