Job Title: Lien Negotiator - Voice Process (US Shift)

Location: Frazer Town, Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 CTC

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Eligible

Job Description:

We are hiring Lien Negotiators to work in a dynamic voice process. Responsibilities include reviewing medical, insurance, or government liens on client settlements, verifying amounts, negotiating reductions, and ensuring thorough documentation. Strong communication skills, email drafting, and CRM tool knowledge are essential. Work experience for undergraduates is required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
  • Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM PST)
  • MS Office proficiency
