Job Description

Sound knowledge of execution towards Civil & Structure (in coordination with MEP (Fire, Electrical, Plumbing)

Good exposure to interior finishing works

Running and final Bill Checking of Vendors using prevalent IS codes

Cost analysis, rate analysis and life cycle costing of all projects related matter.

Vendor management skills with sound knowledge of procurements, sourcing, vendor, invoicing & payment with fair knowledge of taxation.

Workable knowledge of Autocad and MS Office

Familiar with Standard codes of practice used in the construction field from designing to execution

Project planning and management, Resource optimization, Quality Assurance, Cost control keeping in mind the business objectives

Ability to work independently, with necessary team management, workforce management & administration skills

Self-motivated with a commitment to meet deadlines- strong engagement to perform activities identified in the Project planning and meet the key milestones of the Project.

Good exposure & wide knowledge base with conceptual & practical approach towards techno commercial, and techno legal aspects of Civil & allied works.

Well-versed with updated market standards about material & its specifications

Qualification-

BE Civil with 12 years of Experience 

Experience of interior fit outs and MEP

Sound Knowledge of Auto cad and billing
