Roles and Responsibilities
1. Developing and managing a range of Admin Operations & Maintenance, Liaisoning, Physical Security, Housekeeping, Safety Audit, Purchase, Asset Management, Transport Management, Soft Services and Facility Management.
2. Planning, prioritizing and managing maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to the University's activities and use the organization's resources effectively.
3. Ensuring Client management, Vendor management, Employee transportation (Route scheduling/ Cost monitoring) and Event management is well managed.
4. Liaising with stakeholders to ensure that administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future needs.
5. Ensuring timely space planning, monitoring of space utilization, classrooms, off and on campus housing to provide support to stakeholders that includes students, staff & faculty.
6. Directing the food & beverages section to ensure that the quality of the food & food suppliers is excellent.
7. Identifying prospective vendors, negotiating with vendors, preparing comprehensive contract documents
Required skills and qualifications:
1. A minimum of 20 years of relevant work experience in Facility Management, Operations or Administration
2. Strong organizational ability in handling wide ranging tasks and detail oriented.
3. Excellent budgeting & planning skills with ability to analyse & present independently.
4. MBA or a master’s degree Holder from a top tier institution with good understanding of higher education sector.
