We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager (Female) to join our team at Billionminds Management Services Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. This is a mid-level position with a required experience of 4 to 6 years. The job location is Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the sales process and techniques
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Good understanding of the manufacturing industry
• Gem setup expertise is preferred
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Professional and presentable appearance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
